Civic Voluntarism: $15 Minimum Wage

Have you witnessed all those civic movements? This new democratic world has been made by civic voice and equality those are seen in civic voluntarism. I see in my life time few great civic movements. For example our present great US president Donald J. Trump’s “Make America Great Again” movement. There are some other great civic movements like ex US President George W. Bush’s tremendous movement, “Freedom works, philosophy works,” Governor Mitt Romney’s “Job First” movement etc.. American people find their voice in those movements.

Now I also want to be in the new movement of wage of our American brothers and sisters. It is such like that minimum wage should be $15 per hour in all states. It is now from $5.15 (lowest, Wyoming) to $ 14 ( Highest, San Francisco, California). Minimum wage $15 will be a hope for numerous working families and for those who work odd jobs. I strongly support that. If a family brings $500-$600 per day to home, their American lives can be easier. They can complete their education, make children educated, buy clothes, foods, do travel, get health care etc. That $15 minimum wage in all states-civic movement will fuel financial instruments to get placed into peoples’ lives. They can also build their own businesses besides jobs and empower others. Those salaried people will be then able to become entrepreneurs and will make America great again. With $15 minimum wage in every state, we can say that it will be an end of poverty. With the rise of middle class, business movement will get pace at its highest. Those middle class will create a new class of rich people who will own luxurious homes, cars, planes, resorts etc. Surely that $15 minimum wage might be a new trump card of winning for Republican Party in all elections. Voters have never been miser to thank any true best deeds. Business owners pay a minimum portion of their income as wages. I think that slight $10 per hour increase will grow the economy at such level, they won’t feel any extra expenses rather will witness growth in their businesses. We all know that incentive makes the service.

However, there is some potentiality inside among all of us. If you ignite that power, break your silence towards good, we can make a great America, better world and better future of civilization. Everyone has his/her own rights to raise voice. So let’s volunteer for a better future for all. Let’s turn our voluntarism into activism now and sustain the growth of American economy and the victory of us that is – “We The American People.”

Happy International Mother Language Day

Happy International Mother Language Day! This year the theme is “Towards Sustainable Futures through Multilingual Education.” According to the UN site, International Mother Language Day was proclaimed by the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in November 1999 to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. This year they added, “Local languages, especially minority and indigenous, transmit cultures, values and traditional knowledge, thus playing an important role in promoting sustainable futures.”

We know that two nations Bangladeshis and Finnish gave blood for their languages. On Feb. 21, 1952 during curfew few Bangladeshi people namely Salam, Rafiq, Barkat, Jabbar etc. got killed by the police during a demonstration. They were neither prime ministers nor professors, they were students, members of a political front for language movement. Among them few later became prime ministers of an independent country and few became language movement heroes. It is always like that if you stand up for something good, it will bring huge results for which you can boost on. When people get derailed from good, deprive other, taking away their due rewards, those bad people cannot survive long in the world. However, that language movement was successful. On Feb. 29, 1956 Bangla became a state language besides Urdu. After 1971, free nation Bangalies can use Bangla as an office language in the offices and it has become the only state language. I pay homage to those language martyrs fought for justice. As Bangla is my mother tongue, I know it. In mother tongue we called Bengali Bangla. I am a bookworm. I read all kinds of books. Many of those are in Bangla too, though English books dominate. I like few US university presses’ publications much.

I would like to suggest anyone to master English and few languages besides mother tongue. While mother tongue eases education, empowers and enlightens one’s soul, other languages like Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese etc. are of great value in the global business environment.

To know Bangla, you have to know Rabindranath Tagore who transformed Bangla literature into a great new level. Bangla language has a rich, old history. It got its elegance, esoteric enlightenment and new magic with the poetry of Tagore. To celebrate “Happy International Mother Language Day”, I am sharing one of my favorite songs’ lyrics of Tagore. I hope that you all find it worthy. It is like that he is asking Supreme, Good God for his higher self in a great, impassioned voice. I wonder that though it is a tough Bangla for this time, it has lots of appeal for something that is we called true, eternal, great literature, true enlightenment, true quest of God and a majestic, sacred hymn. Tagore wrote:

Happy Valentine’s Day

Happy Valentine’s Day to all!

Valentine’s Day always gives us something to think about love. It has numerous sweet moments and truths to describe. We have hoary folk stories, novels with glossaries, dramas with tireless complexities, significant numbers of shining songs, movies with diverse plots and artists of beauty and glamour. All for love. We can do commodification of love. Love is not political. But due to nature of aspiration and self transformation, it always has been a political, value based relationship to succeed.

A research showed that “I love you” was the best expression of love in all languages. They conducted their research on 77 languages among thousands of couple. This time, the most powerful and universal shout to a lover is-I love you. “I love you” works in any languages anywhere.

I am a 33 years old single guy. I am not so complex to be misunderstood. In my sense and self proclaimed behavior I can say that I am neither a poet nor a lover. I am in between some where, where love is the essence and the last outspoken staff, was made by me. Sometimes love is like Tagore’s immortal lines of the poem named “Unending love” that “I seem to have loved you in numberless forms, numberless times…/In life after life, in age after age, forever.”

One day a guy described me in short that I was a romantic guy. I don’t know what he will tell now. It remains always like that I almost made it. Love is the start of your freedom- you will find that truth if you go through extensive research and learning. Though I feel loved, I am now sharing a dividing line I have been learned for years, not from books but from relentless social hypocrisy – Don’t Trust a Woman! Thus it might end with something that you won’t want. It is not always that I have to respect feminist desires in ideological standpoint. However, something is there always more for you, more valuable to you. That is bigger than the sun and the moon.

The big thing is moments of love is worthy to share too. It is not bad to be loved when you are with your amazing lover. It is an eternal purity and purer medium of life indeed. So love and be loved. Happy Valentine’s Day to all again! I am sharing my happy valentine’s day wishing lists. You can wish anyone. So here is the list of wishing all:

Health is one’s basic right. It is the root of all happiness. But do we plan much to take care of it? Gone are those days when you think that body is a machine which adapts to anything. It is now like that take your supplements, probiotics, glasses of water, be clean, energized, keep a perfect weight, shiny skin and be productive.

Success is not a mental game anymore. It is about your health too. We all know about chronic diseases, morbid factors etc. But getting an optimum health for life long and reduce the sickness are still not a topic we discuss a lot. It is not all about telling about all those complicated and rare diseases only. But it is now much of a unified formula that cures all diseases.

Psychological healing has 70% effect on patients. We can capitalize on that. It is never that 30% chemical based medicine cure will cure diseases. Human by its own body power can cure anything. To switch that power on and medicines to work better, you have to use holistic methods like words, prayers and what not. While the medical industry is booming on professionalism in third world country, it won’t be successful unless we don’t know how to connect with patients and direct him/her towards a healthy, disease-free life using all tools and techniques. It is truly hard to work lonely in this journey. As all doctors are giving few minutes to a patient, how you can connect.  Then the next challenge is whether the patient’s heath-wealth gradient justifies his/her health to be kept healthy by him/herself. So health care always remains a multi facet system. It is very easy to say that you have to breath well, eat well, do exercise and maintain good sanitary habit and you certainly will be healthy. The well-being of patients is all about his/her feeling. It will be good when he/she feels that he/she is sound in physical, mental, emotion and spiritual aspect. That balance comes from caring and from economical perspective too. As it is seen that poor people will not be able to take care of him/her and get good treatment and he/she will be sick. In that perspective if anyone tries to take a bad opportunity to make his/her wildest innovation research on him/her, it won’t avail a good result. A new trial must be met with some moral standards. It is sometimes like that as no medicine is working and the patient has left no choice to give that a try, he/she chooses to volunteer to medicine trial. That ethical standard must be kept. Now-a-days medicine has crossed its era towards such excellence that no disease is non-curable in the modern world. The healing period is also shortening. But the sophistication and standard of living can be so high when human implements those by his/her own much caring. We can make social, economic, biological environment such better and also make one feel good by using correct health behavior that effects positively. We have much grudge on people who kill that, leave us unhealthy. In the same time, we have much respect for those who try their level best and respect health, never capitalizing on quackery methods on delivering health care. All countries’ health care and standard are not the same. We must sense that and admit that. So when one visits countries like the USA and gets treatment, nothing to complain about. We have to respect his/her right to be healthy. None can be so mean to push nationalism or politics in health care delivery in the third world countries. A conventional approach that does not harm might be better to deal with. Moreover, we have to rely on modern countries like the USA for their modern treatments and tools. Health is about human. Anything silly is not expected. There is always a threat of bio terrorism. If there is also intentional drug intoxication in the third world countries, where we shall go. Developed countries should raise their voice for all kinds of health protection.

As I told before that a healthy human kind era can begin from 2017 from a conscious social care movement. It is not very far. We have to be very careful to choose health policy, choose health businesses. To keep health market to innovate more, we must keep the ethical standard of health business and all other businesses the highest. Lots of precaution must be taken to present a new idea so that it must be protected and not be theft.

It is not always seeing your world in Japanese photo films like old days. With IT sectors’ improvements and much higher technologies’ unpredictability none can take boost on anything and certainly not at any new unethical businesses for time being. You have to be agile, caring, compassionate, honest and ethical at the same time. Legal but not right is not the option. Everything has to be legal and right in a new knowledge based society. To thrive the future of civilization we have to capitalization on ethics, health and the highest good of people. The impact of positivity and feeling good should be fairer in a continuously more connected world of seven billions people.

How I Plan to Organize Myself for My Businesses

Wake up at 4:00 am and after taking breakfast, start for office at 6 a.m.. That life style is very rewarding. I have lived that kind of life style since my childhood. Who knew that I had a whole life left to follow that.

However, when you have a job that you are not focusing and lots of pressure of delivering materials, you can choose just to work and pass days. It does not matter whether you have high focus for it or not. You should not like that. You have to break the chain and make your goals, dreams true. That is my challenge too in my life. Focusing on goals is a crucial staff. Then you have to adjust yourself for that. For example, if I stay at a hospital for working with my father for 6 hours a day though I don’t focus on it, I have only 2 hours to use that for other office works outside. Thus now-a-days I have another 16 hours on hand.  I have to take rest for another 4-5 hours and sleep at least for 6-8 hours.  So I have a schedule of business only for almost 4 hours a day.

It is like that:

Meetings Online or offline: 1 hour

Phone Calls: 1 hour

Planning and Study Something: 1 hour

Work for Business Development: 1 hour

Result: Business establishment, growth and money raise

When I shift to my own office, I have to add another 6-7 hours for business works. So everyday almost 10 hours works for my businesses will make works like focusing on plans and make it happen to give the world some lucrative products, services and ideas for which I can boost on.

However, now take a look at the world beyond my world. Have you seen poverty? Have you seen those faces who work restlessly for their lives for a living? There is no way but God gives us a life with high priority to work for all underprivileged people. We have to use our highest potentiality for that. We have to work for our dreams to come true as well. When we have a greater purpose and passion for that, we will be able to work for that. Thus we can make our dream true. I am also aligning myself for that. There is no way indeed but to work and succeed. Make your two hands a machine and make a world better for you and the world of all. I am also in that great movement. I know that on hands what it takes to make businesses from the world’s top business hub the USA. I am a confound MBA, awarded top US business professional. So let’s work now. Watch whether I can be successful to make my dreams come true and also make my Republican party’s goals come true that is restoring American dream, making America great again and can also assist all poor and success seeker people and also make happy all rich people in short work for all people. It would make my life good and a wicked, worldly, wonderful, wildest dream type. For that dream I have to take massive actions second by second. I want that you all support that. Health Thoughts

February 4, 2017 is the world cancer day. The theme is “We can, I can.” Diseases are not normal pathologically, might be abnormal to sound in 2017. The condition is that you and your doctors have to choose to be normally community, social active for that and choose to make you disease-free. You may ask that why I tell you that personally. We have to make a rigid policy focused on caring all people in general by choosing a healthy way of delivering health care and also making he/she free regardless of anything. It does not mean that we are going to on your doorsteps and asking you to be our patients leaving your freedom. It might be such like that providing you such standard of living education and promote such healthy food habits that you might not sick ever. It is a multi-facet commitment of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual well-being. It can be done, if your doctors, nurses, social workers, politicians, all in general make a commitment to make such. It is not community treatment or prevention plan. It is a social caring implemented and focused on living styles and your surroundings.

I live in Bangladesh now. There are knowledge and education system gaps between here and developed countries. The infrastructure is nothing, if you cannot build people in Bangladesh or any other third world countries. That is not a one day job. It is a whole life education system that makes a human capital who might work from the commitment of the highly-sophisticated concept of health and well-being of people. It might take time to build among poor. But it is possible.

If you have few minutes on hand, why not you choose a healthy meal plan, organic, pure, fresh everything directly from farms? Why not you make a clean house commitment and make it a clean environment commitment just by making a little movement?

There are lots of innovation now in the USA. There are lots of supplements too.  Those success stories can make a little head line- all diseases are cured. With or without taking those your own social caring movement might also make you healthy in the USA too. Believe me!

The science is changing. The medical science is changing. But one thing has never changed. Your miracle cure, your healthy, disease-free life! It might get complex but it was there with little baby steps and flourished with new diseases’ challenges and simultaneously curing discoveries of all human diseases. With innovation and prioritization it just keeps pace. This change is very near. Though it needs much study on society, market, technology etc. to lead, we will find some certainly. It is a responsibility not only for medical profession related personnel but also for all. Everyone has to be inspired to participate. All human might have to be compulsory doctors, engineers level educated by some human capital model programs, when health education and technological education etc. might be enlighten at such level that the society will be able to choose correct staffs all time and make it a model for all that ensures a healthy human kind era from 2017. It is possible! The slogan “We can, I can” is the commitment of all can dos, not only cancer cure.  We can get a disease, disorder, cancer, pathology free world. I want to be a part of it. I want you all healthy. It is not that sometimes one misguides natural staffs to diseases. I want to make it rigid that without any malpractices you have to achieve the goal of social well-being ensuring human freedom at its highest no matter what. Human life and health are so valuable. Human has to have wings to fly towards the highest potential, dreams. With sound health and freedom it  fosters. You have to understand that liberty is human’s first priority. He/she is born to be free. In the same time make his/her health the best by social care is our sacred duty and a call that does not need rocket scientists to judge, but a little bit kindness, love and caring heart to implement without crossing the limit of breaching of one’s liberty.  All need to be free and healthy in this good earth. In the USA it can be a new movement from Republicans, from any well-knowledged US citizens too on whom they believe. Who knows I might get a fund with my US doctor and business friends later on that, if I qualify and submit a proposal and surely all will participate if all are motivated correctly, inspired and equipped to develop a healthy life style and something more and eternally we will make all healthy. We will also make  America great again and thrive the future of civilization. A New, Great America Because You Want That

I am a great follower of politics and also a Republican political activist, RNC Presidential Trust member. I run my businesses for myself and for the thrive of the future of civilization. I already let you know that my companies are in pre-start up phases and we are in the right way to be the top companies in the world. I have something political to tell you all personally. I know that what I tell, you might like that and believe that without any issues. Though I am in Bangladesh, I am not far away from spirit with you all Americans.  American dream has its own value. It is for all who want it. Live and work in the USA and make your dream true, empower yourself with constitutional rights-it is the way of American life. Our great US president Donald J. Trump earned love, support, votes from lots of people who dreamt of a life of freedom and opportunities and believed in America. It is a saying that whatever you want to be in America, you will be. But in the same time it also must be the way you want America, it would be such. Our great international relations are unchanged but will be more powerful to foster the future in the height that the world has never seen. US national interest and international rise will affect the world more positively if they believe in American pure power, peace, prosperity, security, stability and growth dominance over times with political truthfulness. The conscious chart of those are well known. It will be a blessing to our friends and a nightmare for enemies.

However, have you seen any old Hindi movies of Moghul emperor? A prince of my name Salim was imprisoned by walls by his father as he loved a girl named Anarkoli. She was not a princess. That caused the tragedy and remained a love story to remember. The US-Mexican border wall won’t be such rude made by US policy rather be a hope of more security. In modern time none might take risk of border crossing in developed countries. But we hear of lot of illegal immigrants. I met some personally. The problem is that without papers they even cannot live properly in the USA. They cannot get all those they want. Thus legal paper is an essential part of American Dream. But all cases are not the same. For exception there is respective authority to deal with them.

We repeatedly say that religion is not our issue. Terrorism is our issue. Terrorism is kind of thing innocent people face by different people. It might be sometimes vandalism. I have so many friends from all races, religions in the USA. But my question is that those foreigners who do crimes, who they are and for whom they work? They are either puppet of any groups or spokesmen of any certain class. Anyways, that class issue is kind of joke in an immigrant based country like the USA. As those who gather wealth for two or three generations in the USA, have three or four homes, cars, bank balance etc. when they say themselves working class, the new immigrant intellectual will say him what? A class system should have educational background, income, intellectual pursuits and many other criteria to sense generally.  So any class might be involved in terrorism in a wrong way and it is not like upper class muscle always like some other countries in the world.

All American dream is kind of something that’s mutual social-materialistic aspect is not go with liberals or Muslims. They won’t understand what we call good, what we call bad.  The most critical aspect of it is also terrorism. As they might end up with enmity against us for our legal, constitutional rights as a pure American veteran, worker, businessman, soldier, patriot, politician, leader etc.. We understand all countries’ culture. But we just don’t understand some peculiar behavior of them towards us and opposite towards powerful people sometimes. A good man is a good man. But we must not allow the veils of bad men of being good. In that sense, banning only seven countries is too small in number. We know that religious Christian US people are praying for them during Sunday Church service for their peace. However, where there is love, people will come. It is not American hatred. But a justice to American people and its allies. American humanity has a great historical value. Without America the world is a dark place to live. But it might be safer if all banning of Muslims and liberals happen temporarily and screening is done more cautiously. If you analyze the statuses, comments in social medias, articles, news in print and electronic medias, websites etc., we will find that we live in an unrest world. There are several wars in the world too. Around 3o wars are involved internationally according to a news source.  So for making peace I think that US government is doing the correct thing. I want peace first. When everything is peaceful, nothing to worry. Thus it is all about Muslims’ and liberals’ problems and their supporters’ problems for which the USA has to face problems and is just taking actions if you think neutrally. But the problem is that some people have much love for terrorists, Muslims and liberals than those to us.  It creates problems. They sometimes find similarity of enemies with themselves. It is their foolishness. When they will be able to distinguish between their American Dream, America and those banned group, enemies, everything will be OK. By Muslims and liberals, I mean anti USA, radical Islamic terrorists, international terrorists, terrorists in general, not to offend anyone.  We also have soliditary for all innocent people regardless of race, religion, country, origin etc.. But to make America great and safe again we have to think deeply about great American values of peace, prosperity and leading edge. The great concern of our social need fulfillment, economics, environment and political dominance in American society will make a unified agenda by all- great America.

Making America great is a movement must be achieved through all people. I heard from all parties’ leaders that you have to do such or not such- for being great, for making America great. The interest and supporter groups vary. But the thing is that it is the America you want, you love. It is the unified dream and new progressive voice of a new political era by Republicans those ensure making great American people and America first in the world. A good company is built by human capital. It is also built by values and distributive money generation capacity. If values are present, money is not available, still it can be a very good company. Money can be generated soon. Value creation and human capital are most important. It is all about your knowledge, skills, experience etc. those make your human capital. If I consider my companies’ pre-startup phases, there are two essential factors- human capital and value we can boost on. The social-materialistic aspect of business and winning in business are something truly based on one’s dynamism that is the core of growing companies. Now it is time to hand over the decision to people who know me as a business winner. Truly being an owner, founder I have many works to do. I cannot hire friends or people whom I cannot pay big money they deserve, though the commission for them can be so big as seen in case of independent business owners worldwide. The pre-startup is a lonely journey for me and few people assist me time to time. If I count on heads, I have dozens of friends to work with. It should be much big number of employees but not such now.

However, it is time to let people know that we bet on a very rare way of financing ourselves. It is sometimes customer funded. It is a true opportunity of growth. In the end, none but your customers will decide who will win. All other ways of getting capital are also available. You also have to have many winning strategies. As pre-startup we don’t concentrate our power to influence government policy and in the same time we are free from the influence of government policy in some way. As we have a dynamism of business launching whatever niches it might be, we certainly will reach there from pre-startup to startup and then to companies. I sacrificed a lot. All my businesses were messed up in Bangladesh. Sometimes billion USD business plan went into thousands of buck losses due to something I never assume to be happened. The growth of Bangladesh is purely coming from people who are contributing in business as workers or players. No statistics I found where a global startup is seeing light here in Bangladesh.  Anyways, being a poorer startup of our selves is not a wrong staff but an opportunity to grow. We can play even without big money, other favorable factors. Our success will happen as certain. We know that even from Bangladesh. The determination we have is the crucial staff and we will never change that, no matter what. As startup has no static model to follow theoretically, I cannot give you an exact pathway of accomplishment those. But it will happen. We have the highest excellence possible at all steps of businesses. We will make your dream come true as investors, customers, our team members. We might have many competitors. The advantage of being the best and being the big is not the same. The best is the winner. The best even if it is big is also winner. Thus I can claim my companies as winners even having no presence in the market place at all now. As eventually it will happen. We have much flexibility to reach there in near future in any ways, no matter what.

I am an MBBS, MBA. I started my business journey as a fun during my teen ages. Then I started again as a US MBA student in 2011. I was in late twenties then. I did jobs at many US companies in four US states I lived during summer, it might take some time for me to count.
