ভালোবাসার অমরাবতী আজ মনের আকাশে নতুন কোন প্রণয়ের আহবানে নতুন সাজ নিয়েছে। সে কি শুনছে শত শতাব্দীর কোনো প্রহেলিকা ? রবিঠাকুর আর আমি কোনো বিন্দুতে এক হয়ে যাই-প্রতীক্ষায়, তার জন্যে, সাধনায়। শুধু কান পেতে রই। বাংলাদেশের ৪৬ বছর বয়সে সবকিছু কি সন্ধ্যার মেঘমালার মতো অনায্যতার আর অপ্রাপ্তির প্রপঞ্চণা হয়ে থাকবে? নাকি হৃদয় মাঝের মন্দির হয়ে উঠবে প্রাপ্তির আর স্বপ্নপূরণের একটি নিরপেক্ষ দেশ হয়ে সেটাই প্রশ্ন করতে চায় বিবেক, আবেগ আর মনন। মিথ্যার বেসাতির মাঝে আদর্শ  আর সত্যের বিজয় আসুক সামষ্টিক কল্যাণে। আমার ব্যাক্তিস্বপ্নগুলো সবার সামষ্টিক স্বপ্ন হয়ে পূরণ হবে, সেটাই প্রত্যাশা।

Like many I have a dream! My dream is that a new great America will be led by our great US President Donald J. Trump. Every issue will be fixed. America will be great again! America will always be the first in the world. In this great course of journey, I will find my loyal customer base, best investors, best investment, get my capital, savings etc.. I will have a great life, great family, great wife, great children, great supporters, great followers etc.. All will purchase my goods, services and ideas as those will be the best. All American household will get my owned companies’, made in the USA products, services and ideas.

Thus after Apple, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Facebook, Cocacola, Harley Davidson Motorcycles etc. the new America will adopt a new life style. They will be American SBSHOOD nation. I mean that it will be my era, led by me. People from all parts of the world will buy my products, services and ideas. Thus the whole world will be American SBSHOOD Nation.

American SBSHOOD nation will be healthy, happy, wealthy and highly successful. They will follow all success rules like Gin Ng’s 33 rules of optimum successes. Those success rules are:

• Believe in yourself, you are worthy and you are capable of success.

• You are enough, stop asking for permission.

• IQ and EQ are overrated, DQ is what you really need to succeed. (It means that be desperate)

• Hunger is the single most important ingredient for success.

• Be crystal clear on what you want, the Universe will deliver exactly what you asked for.

• Be loyal to your dreams and they will stay loyal to you.

• You’ll never have a perfect timing and perfect opportunity to pursue your dreams, just do it.

• Take the red pill, I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it. (It means that get out of comfort zone)

• Burn that bridge, walk away and don’t look back.

• Commitment is what transforms DREAMS into reality, not interest.

• Give the world the best you have, the best will come back to you.

• Work hard in silence, let success make all the noise.

• Stay consistent, because success is the natural consequence of consistently applying what you’ve learned.

• Ask for help, you can do anything but not everything.

• Time is more precious than money.

• Get a mentor, you don’t have enough time in the world to make every single mistake.

• Apply what you learn, no matter how much you know, your destiny depends on the wisdom, knowledge and understanding you display.

• Keep it simple because simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

• Stay laser focused, and it means saying no to 100 other “good stuff.”

• Be in the moment, you need to understand that present moment is all you have.

• Be patient, most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in ten years.

• Stay positive, even if everything goes wrong.

• Build a solid wall to protect your mind from negative thoughts.

• Failure is the stepping stone to success, losers quit when they fail. Winner fail until they succeed.

• Be water, my friend. (It means that be adaptable)

• Focus on the process and results will follow.

• Celebrate your success from time to time.

• The practice of self-reflection leads to greater success.

• The moment you think you know everything, you know nothing. Stay foolish, empty your cup.

• Surround yourself with positive people. Because you will become like the 5 people you spend the most time with.

• Be yourself, if you end up with a boring miserable life because you listened to your mom, your dad, your teacher, your priest, or some guy on television telling you how to do your shit, then you deserve it.

• Always add value to someone’s life. You might not always get paid for doing this but the real rewards are always greater than the value you provide.

• Count Your Blessings, be grateful for what you have right now because the things you take for granted, someone else is praying for.

My dream is so big. I want you all not only become my customers but also become successful. I want you all to participate to make my dream America, my world. I want you all along with me to make my companies too. I welcome you all in my dream and in the new era of human kind of  American SBSHOOD nation.

You know that  I am one of the few CEOs who turned a merchant bank into AAA category company in the USA. I am also awarded Ashland University Diversity award, most prestigious knighthood and talented students’ and professionals’ top award US Who’s Who. When I started my businesses in 2000, none in Bangladesh thinks of a commercial magazine with world class papers, four to five colors. I published one in 2000. Then in 2012 I myself first coined the term shopping club in Bangladesh. Here people heard about discount stores, clubs but an investment club based on shopping is not even present in Asia and in the world there are very few shopping clubs. Such big projects we are planning now will never be in the world in the history of time.

You, banks, financial organization etc. have to decide now. To diversify my companies more I am looking for funds. In  pre-startup phases of my companies, we are now looking for an office set up. Yes! just a step behind to launch. It won’t cost much. So we are to start our game for you. Civic Voluntarism: $15 Minimum Wage

Have you witnessed all those civic movements? This new democratic world has been made by civic voice and equality those are seen in civic voluntarism. I see in my life time few great civic movements. For example our present great US president Donald J. Trump’s “Make America Great Again” movement. There are some other great civic movements like ex US President George W. Bush’s tremendous movement, “Freedom works, philosophy works,” Governor Mitt Romney’s “Job First” movement etc.. American people find their voice in those movements.

Now I also want to be in the new movement of wage of our American brothers and sisters. It is such like that minimum wage should be $15 per hour in all states. It is now from $5.15 (lowest, Wyoming) to $ 14 ( Highest, San Francisco, California). Minimum wage $15 will be a hope for numerous working families and for those who work odd jobs. I strongly support that. If a family brings $500-$600 per day to home, their American lives can be easier. They can complete their education, make children educated, buy clothes, foods, do travel, get health care etc. That $15 minimum wage in all states-civic movement will fuel financial instruments to get placed into peoples’ lives. They can also build their own businesses besides jobs and empower others. Those salaried people will be then able to become entrepreneurs and will make America great again. With $15 minimum wage in every state, we can say that it will be an end of poverty. With the rise of middle class, business movement will get pace at its highest. Those middle class will create a new class of rich people who will own luxurious homes, cars, planes, resorts etc. Surely that $15 minimum wage might be a new trump card of winning for Republican Party in all elections. Voters have never been miser to thank any true best deeds. Business owners pay a minimum portion of their income as wages. I think that slight $10 per hour increase will grow the economy at such level, they won’t feel any extra expenses rather will witness growth in their businesses. We all know that incentive makes the service.

However, there is some potentiality inside among all of us. If you ignite that power, break your silence towards good, we can make a great America, better world and better future of civilization. Everyone has his/her own rights to raise voice. So let’s volunteer for a better future for all. Let’s turn our voluntarism into activism now and sustain the growth of American economy and the victory of us that is – “We The American People.”
